About FernRoss Partners

Benjamin Ross is the founder of FernRoss Partners, a real estate capital advisory firm focused on structuring and placing senior debt, bridging loans, and equity across the UK and Southern Europe.

With over 13 years of experience in financial services, Benjamin has worked across structured credit, SME lending, and institutional capital raising. His early career included building out the commercial function at a high growth alternative lending platform, where he played a key role in supporting a $55 million Series A raise and originating structured loans for a range of UK-based businesses.

In 2023, he launched FernRoss with the goal of bringing institutional execution and funding discipline to the developer space. The firm has since secured more than £72 million in bridging and development finance for a variety of residential and mixed-use projects.

FernRoss works closely with a curated network of institutional lenders, private credit funds, and specialist development financiers, including many of the most active names in the market. These relationships enable the firm to secure capital that is aligned with each project's structure, timeline, and underlying risk profile.

 

The business is built on a simple principle, capital should be shaped around the economics of the project, not the other way around. That philosophy informs how FernRoss operates, hands on, relationship led, and focused on execution.

 

FernRoss is currently expanding its reach across core European markets and is in discussions with institutional partners to launch an investment platform, combining advisory, co investment, and proprietary deal flow.
